“We are the party for the people! Where equal opportunities are provided and the people are UNITED.”

Mission:

Our mission is to create opportunity for all .The Free Robin party wants to abolish the concept of economic classification in America, such as “have” and the “have not’s” or “exploiters” v.s the “exploited”. We will redistribute some money from war and unemployment and put the money towards education and lower the correctional facilities in this country ass crime will be lowered and we will provide more jobs for our people.

Vision:

In 2 years we hope to abolish poverty as well as providing more jobs and providing superb education for all institutions K-12 and lower expenses for those planning on attending college. Students will have a very fair and equal opportunity to be both paid and well educated. Its statistically proven with more graduates the rate of crime will be lowered. Also we hope to create a better criminal justice system and lower the rate of crime and change the rate of minorities being put in the system. With our system we hope to have everyone who abides by our laws financially stable.

Equality:  Our party focuses on 2 different types of “equality” that are considered:

Economic Equality:

We want to abolish poverty. Starting with meeting basic/primary needs of individuals . (If primary needs are not fulfilled it could not be considered a democracy.)

We want to ensure everyone can meet primary needs and we will start with creating a system for housing and creating sources of food for low income families and providing free health care and increasing minimum wage for those who do not have jobs with benefits.

Civil Equality:

All citizens should be treated alike, in the matters of possessions of rights without enduring any discrimination based on race, religion, gender, caste or creed.

Education: Our goal is to provide same educational opportunities making sure each institution provides and reaches expectations in order for students to be the best versions of themselves. We believe the power of education could changes many people lives and will change the “social norm” or statistics for all race especially minorities. We plan to start in inner cities were social and economic isolation is more likely. To ensure equal opportunity we will:

  • Increase Resource Equity- Target Funds to neediest kids.
  • Ensuring college &  Career Readiness
  • Improving Teaching- Growing and expanding certified teachers in communities
  • Improving Discipline- eliminate zero tolerance, keeps kids in school to all schools.

The nation could save as much as $18.5 billion in annual crime costs if the high school male graduation rate increased by only 5 percentage points, a 2013 report from the Alliance for Excellent Education finds.

Facts:

Crime: We want to recreate of a correctional system that promotes human dignity and gives and gives ex-offenders a real opportunity to go straight; A more reasonable exercise of power by police officers,  prosecutors, and judges; and equal access to high-quality legal; expertise for all individuals accused of crime. Extensive footnotes accompany each chapter and an index is provided.  We want to lower the crime rate and cut the spending of correctional facilities as they are high in spending. (about 70 million a year). The annual average taxpayer cost in these states was $31,286 per inmate. New York State was the most expensive, with an average cost of $60,000 per prison inmate. The cost of incarcerating people in New York City’s jails is nearly three times as much.

Effects of Incarceration:

  • reduces work time of young people
  • prison and jails consume a growing portion of the nearly $200 billion we spend on public safety.
  • African Americans represent 26% of juvenile arrest, 44% of youth who are detained, 46% of the youth are judicially waved to criminal cart and 58% of the youth admitted to state prisons.

Benefits: With the future plans of the Free Robin party we plan to cut the budget of corrections and provide money for more jobs, lowering the unemployment rate.
